Yardmaster is looking for an experienced production manager to oversee our Landscaping maintenance operations and crews. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with good follow up and problem solving skills. Knowledge in Commercial Landscaping, Landscape Maintenance, and Snow Maintenance is necessary to manage the daily operations of crew activity, training and development of team members, daily operations for the organization, and production activity and labor.

The ideal candidate for this job will have:

• Minimum 3-5 years Landscape Productions Management experience

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $50,704.88 - $70,000.00 per year
