Description:

All Green Lawn Care is looking for a full-time lawn care specialist who can start mid-March. You would be responsible for fertilizing and killing weeds on the lawn, treating pests, aerating lawns and a few other miscellaneous tasks. Our technicians are the face of our company so we are looking for professionals who enjoy working with customers daily and are able to answer any questions they might have. We offer extensive training with an experienced and supportive team.

• Good at communicating, with the office staff and with the customers

Work Experience:

• Experience working with fertilizer, weed control and other products is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, this is a deal-breaker. Our insurance company will not insure drivers whose license is not in good standing or who have had too many recent accidents or traffic violations.
• You will not be able to start training until you have passed the the commercial core certification tests. The study materials are provided and the company pays the testing fees. Once you are certified you can begin working your regular schedule with a trainer.
• A drive to come to work every day and provide our customers with the best possible service
• Ability to lift/carry 50-pound bags of product and a fertilizer spreader in and out of the bed of your truck at each stop
• Ability to push a spreader loaded with fertilizer or drag a hose over approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of lawn, which translates into roughly 18-20 stops per day
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in the summer heat and spring and fall chill.
• Ability to safely work with different chemicals throughout the season and abide by state requirements for uniforms and other protective equipment, which is provided by the company.
• Must enjoy working outdoors on a daily basis

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
