We are hiring immediately due to the large amount of recurring customers from our previous season and our amazing staff! We are looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our crews and be a crucial part of our success! Earn up to $55,000 a year!

Little John's Lawns: Our company was started in Feb of 2012 with a truck and trailer! We have stood by our belief of providing great customer service and to be the largest residential company in our area. Today, we are shooting for 15 trucks on the road and to provide great service to our neighbors! Along with that we want great people that are a part of our team that believe in the same thing we do. Treating others with respect. Treating everyone like they are a part of our family! We don't yell at our employees because we don't like to be yelled at.

Details about the job:

• Office and Field Hybrid work - Never get bored of sitting in one spot
• Manage crews in the Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa areas
• Inspect that the quality of work is carried out to Little John's standards
• Ensure that crews are meeting their budgeted time for each job
• Retrain crew to improve job quality

Must Have:

• Green experience
• Leardership or management experience
• Be computer proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
