Catering Assistance Manager-

Summary- Assists the Catering Manager with all duties necessary. Works with Clients on BEO's and helps with setting up events. Enjoys large parties and has flexability in there schedule to attend any and all events.

Reports To- Catering Manager/ General Manager/ Executive Chef

Essential Duties-

Ability to work any and all events

has food knowledge

can manage a team of 10 or more employees

multi-unit location

had some coffee experience

has an eye for detail/ decor

ability to set up and break down events

Ability to put together BEO's/ contracts using our provided systems

excel/microsoft word knowledge

can multi task

personable, spunky, enjoys a good work atmosphere
