We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Lead consultants to help us in our journey by driving growth through successful project delivery and customer management.

Our Lead Consultant role is critical in all our projects acting in traditional technical project management and business analysis roles. The Lead Consultant will be the main point of contact for our customers through their contract lifecycle with INRY.

What to expect? –

  • Drive governance. by holding regular meetings with customers to discuss requirements, plan implementation(s), update on project progress, open issues / cases and provide weekly project reporting
  • Gather technical and functional requirements from the customer. Develop user stories for the Implementation team to design and build
  • Research and craft creative optimal solutions based on ServiceNow best practices in alignment with client business requirements
  • Review implementation of stories post development to ensure customer’s business requirements are met
  • Conduct Demos/Show-me/training sessions for customers
  • Manage mean time between projects for resources assigned to the team by allocating work to drive internal and external backlog
  • Plan and execute unit and integration testing post development.
  • Participate in supporting customer user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet customer business needs
  • Manage project health and compliance requirements by tracking project timelines, financials, resource allocation, and deliverables
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by managing client expectations and avoiding unwarranted escalations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple customers

You will also have the opportunity to gain additional mainline ServiceNow CIS certifications that will be needed over time to be a trusted customer advocate

Skills that will make you successful in this role –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Working experience on ServiceNow as a Project Lead/Manager
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to present technology as business solutions, good business sense, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with INRY project experience and ServiceNow product knowledge in a fast-pace environment with a start-up mentality
