YOUR LIFE AS A DISPATCHER
As a Dispatcher , you help us meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls. You relay information to technicians to make sure our customers receive appropriate assistance and have a great experience with us. You also manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician so you can record results, create reports, and help as needed. Leveraging your interpersonal and communication skills, you establish customer rapport, respond to requests, resolve issues, and promote our brand. This encourages repeat business and many return customers! As needed, you also train to boost sales, ensure accurate dispatch of orders, and inform customers on a technician's progress. You feel good about using your dispatch and customer service skills to keep customers happy and to keep us busy and thriving!

- Proficient skills with phone systems and typing
