Lead for Landscaping Company
Job description
We are looking for a reliable team member to lead a crew of 1 to 3 workers in various routine landscaping jobs and projects. As a lead you will be driving with another employee performing various jobs throughout your day. You will be in communication with the manager. Detailing how the jobs went.
Responsibilities
- Driving a trailer
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds/cleanups
- Repair equipment
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
- Identify and report the need for up sell
- Basic Landscaping skills
- Ability to handle Manuel labor work
Skills
- Proven experience as a landscaper
- Experience with mowers/weed eaters and other equipment
- Experience of driving a trailer.
- Clean driving record
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality and on time
- Ability and want to move up in the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
