Lead Gaming Level Designer

- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Someone who enjoys transforming high level concepts into compelling and engaging storylines & gameplay
- Someone who enjoys game and system design
- Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design innovative and entertaining gameplay in popular moddable games (Minecraft, Roblox, etc) from high level “TBD” concepts you are provided.
- Collaborate with creative on the user experience design of the game, ensure the best experience for the youtubers making content on it.
- Conduct market research to understand the desires and preferences of the target audiences
- Create and communicate to developers documentation that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
- Prototype and QA test games in active development from pre-alpha to ensure all code meets specifications for final products
REQUIREMENTS
- Formal education or degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Game Development preferred
- Proven experience in game design
- Strong qualitative and storytelling skills
- Experience with Minecraft and/or Roblox development preferred
