Recruit for the hiring of healthcare professionals to fill PRN, contract, and Travel positions throughout Michigan and nationwide.

• Manage/lead an office of 2-3 recruiters in our Livonia office in addition to the below.

• Responsible for the recruitment of Travel, Contract, and PRN Staff for QCI Healthcare.
• Full Desk Recruiting
• Responsible for negotiating the assignment compensation per assignment with provider.
• Responsible for the management of the providers schedule, approved time off from assignment, sick calls, facility cancelations, and the handling of grievances on behalf of the provider in result of health system’s deficiencies.
• Providing a liaison between the provider and client, VMS, MSP, health system, unit manager for any attendance, attitude, work related concerns (non-clinical)
• Responsible for negotiations between MSP, VMS, Unit Manager, Client, or Health System for provider renewals of assignments prior to completion of assignment.
• Responsible for account management within the contractual agreements of QCI Healthcare.Most VMS/MSP/CLIENTS/HEALTH SYSTEMS require a sole representative within QCI Healthcare for communication, submittals, assignment needs/cancelations, staffing issues (HOT/URGENT/CRISIS needs), time entry or corrections, and sole point of contact for any other issues related to QCI Healthcare providers, assignments, communications, ect.
• Local office leadership opportunities available

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years healthcare staffing recruiting experience or related MSP/VMS experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, digital recruitment campaigns, job postings, resume searching, cold calling, candidate resourcing, sales, texting, emailing, and well versed in job offers over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
