QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Installation and service technician experience
- Understanding of industry safety and compliance practices
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Leadership skills
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
