We are looking for Pizza Chefs and Line Cooks to join our kitchen staff to prepare artisan wood-fired pizzas and other featured items.

LINE COOKS ($13-$16)

LEAD LINE COOKS ($16-$18)

ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER ($50k-$56k+)

Pizza Chef: Responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing customers orders considering special requests.

Line Cook: Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Qualifications:

· At least 3-5 year experience in a similar capacity.

· Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.

· Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

· Be able to work in a standing position
