JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Lead Locksmith and Door Installation Technician

Subject Area: Locksmith

Position: Full Time with Benefits

Purpose:

• Lead Locksmith needed to handle growing Austin commercial market with installation of hardware and commercial doors.
• Nationwide Company growing rapidly needing expert technicians

QUALIFICATIONS: * At least 2 years of experience in the industry with an in-depth knowledge of the following, or a combination of general locksmith, commercial doors, master key systems. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of systems, hardware, accessories, and programming and be willing to learn! Clean driving record required.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent mechanical skills
• Licensed locksmith
• Reliable and trusted to meet deadlines and perform jobs in a timely manner
• Good communicator that conveys information clearly verbally and in written form
• Ability to use an iPhone and computer for daily invoicing and reporting.
• Organized and punctual

WORK ENVIRONMENT: * This position will require the employee to be self-motivated.

• The role requires management skills as the individual will help in hiring future employees.
• Mobile locksmiths only at this location
• Occasional travel to the main office for training and meetings

BENEFITS: * This role has upward mobility for supervisory and management roles for the right person.

Experience:

• locksmith: 2 years (Preferred)

Contract Length: * 1-year minimum

Work Location: * Currently Mobile with Office Sight Available for part orders and working on quotes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
