We purchase many residential homes each year and are looking for a lead manager to help sort through and follow up with potential sellers. This position will involve answering calls generated from our marketing campaigns and speaking with potential clients to see if we are the right fit for their needs. It will also entail keeping detailed notes in our system regarding each prospect, and setting routine follow up communications with them until they are ready to speak with one of our home sale specialists, or have chosen another option. A significant number of our purchases come from these follow up relationships, so the right candidate will love getting to know each lead and enjoy checking in with them on a routine basis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
