Lead Marketing Acquisition Specialist

Objective:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of consumer acquisition plans across all channels.
  • Responsible for bringing consumers to website through media buying, SEO optimization, blogs and affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
  • Plan and successfully manage to channel budgets.

Scope of the Role:

This person will be driving consumers into landing page and DTC websites through organic search/traffic and performance marketing, including Facebook ads, Instagram, Google PPC Search, Blogs and Shopping, and multiple other publisher and social advertising channels. Must be able to manage multiple types of campaigns.

Description:

Experienced in end-to-end planning and execution of consumer acquisition plans for Direct to Consumer websites and eCommerce channels.

Expertise across all primary digital channels, and experience in developing, executing, and measuring plans to attract consumers to an online retail environment.

Resource will be creating ads, buying/optimizing PPC search, social and multichannel media plans, and analyzing campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts in agile environment.

This team creates rapid prototyping experiments, leveraging A/B testing, and helping create new businesses from seed to incubation stages.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of acquisition marketing/growth hacking experience, with a track record of success across paid, SEO, social, content, influencer, email, referral, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analytical + Creative, with a passion to develop and test new ways to profitably attract consumers.
  • Must operate with an agile, always test/learn/iterate mindset.
  • Strong passion for marketing, with the curiosity needed to stay ahead of new trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently while executing goals and expectations.
  • Ability to operate with discipline while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • B2C/ DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Performance Marketing in a startup or growth hacking environment
  • Direct Buying experience across multiple channels
  • Ability to create/maintain websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media.
  • SEM, SEO, Social marketing experience critical; Content, Influencer, Email, Referral and Affiliate marketing experience preferred
  • Deep experience leveraging Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook) for campaign performance reporting and optimization
  • Analysis of campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
  • Expertise with Google Tag Manager, and/or experience with direct application of tagging
  • Experience in an Agile Testing and Development environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
