Work Environment:
Spiro is hiring an experienced support person to join our warehouse team. The LEAD WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN position works in partnership with warehouse management to deliver a best-in-class product. The LEAD WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN position will assist with inspecting and prepping trade show exhibit components. This position focuses on warehouse-related tasks in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house, where deadlines cannot be missed.

Responsibilities
Providing customer support for high profile client accounts- Communicating directly with account teams & project managers
- Locating, inspecting & staging client properties
- Performing minor refurbishment & repairs to client properties/crates
- Pulling & packing fulfillment orders for shipment
- Perform box assembly, packing & palletizing
- Loading & unloading trucks
- Maintain a clean workspace & follow company safety guidelines
Requirements

- Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined
- Proven experience with trade show warehouse operations
- Forklift experience (will certify once hired)
- Ability to use hand tools & inventory control scanners/software
- Physically able to stand & lift as required for job
- Ability to communicate openly, honestly & constructively
- This position reports to the Warehouse Foreman. It focuses primarily on warehouse work in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house where deadlines cannot be missed. The candidate is expected to follow all company policies and safety guidelines while upholding the quality standards of the company.
