At Chick-fil-A Palmetto Park & I-95, a leader position is more than just a job, it is an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, leaders gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Leaders are able to direct, innovate, and create systems surrounding large pieces of the restaurant business.

We are hiring Leaders for both Front Counter and Drive-Thru, as well as for our Kitchen and Food Prep areas who will perform one or more roles, including the following:

• Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties in the restaurant
• Provide and serve as an example of Second Mile Service
• Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence
• Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Running a shift and all of the job descriptions associated with it
• Delivering a remarkable food experience for our guests no matter their method of ordering
• Coaching and developing team members in proper procedures and customer relations
• Ensure all team members are displaying a professional attitude at all times
• Cleanliness, organization, and lean practices are always top of mind
• Cash management practices and denying any opportunity for theft

Leaders have the opportunity to advance through the current roles:

• Assistant Director
• Director
• Executive Director

Applicants interested in leadership position must meet minimum criteria such as:

• Ability to work various shifts each week
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• At least 18 years of age due to specific job-related restrictions

In our restaurant, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
