The Senior Business Partner Learning Advisor is accountable for sustaining a Center of Excellence which supports enterprise development needs. Working with leaders and team members across the enterprise, this leader will provide advanced consulting services to help develop and implement key learning and development solutions in support of strategic business needs and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing a strategic plan with hands-on leadership for learning effectiveness and transformation, creating effective learning and development systems, standards and metrics, and developing and managing sourcing strategies.

The scope and breadth of the learning solutions include but are not limited to best-in class face-to-face learning, eLearning, virtual delivery, simulations, communities of practice, social learning, gamification, pre- and post- work exercises, blended methodologies, and coaching and mentoring.

This leader will have demonstrated excellent leadership, change leadership, consulting and influence skills while demonstrating the ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies. The primary purpose of this role is to create value for team members and Lutheran Life Communities so that we win in the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree is Educational Psychology, Instructional Design or Organizational Development required.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience designing, developing and implementing diverse learning solutions.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a leadership/leadership role.
  • Must complete assigned courses or certification related to position within designated timeframe.
