Learning and Development Manager
Up to $65,000/year

Who We Need:*
We are currently looking for a Full Time Learning and Development Manager to join our Team in Mercer County. Must be able to work in the evening as needed.

What We Need:*

• Work with Director of Training and Organizational Culture to develop and implement training initiatives that support the Agency's commitment to professional development and growth.
• Conduct training needs analysis across all departments, obtaining feedback from both frontline employees and management.
• Act as primary trainer for daytime classes, including but not limited to: New Hire Orientation, CPR & First-Aid and Medical Administration (nighttime classes as needed).
• Act as Administrator for College of Direct Support eLearning courses as needed.
• Adhere to and carry out all Agency policies and procedures.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
• Bi-lingual - a plus.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Instructional Design to be used in multiple formats (instructor-led classroom, blended learning, and eLearning).
• Understanding of adult learning theories and principles.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain the following:
• CPR, First-Aid, and AED Instructor certification through The American Red Cross
• College of Direct Support (CDS) Administrator certification through The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities.

• Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility) and provide proof of vaccination.
