Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for a leasing agent for our client in the Corpus Christi, TX area. The leasing agent will show properties to prospective tenants, preparing leasing documents, and take maintenance technician work orders. This is a full-time, temporary position with a flexible schedule between Monday through Saturday from 10 AM – 6 PM with Sunday and one other day off during the week.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous leasing experience, be personable yet professional, and has a strong attendance record.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about availability, apartment size and square footage, and amenities available on the property
• Give tours of property
• Screen applicants and conduct rental verification to ensure prospects are qualified.
• Complete and explain leases and prepare all required documents for the tenant during move-in
• Collect rent and other resident charges.
• Compile and file reports when needed.
• Interface with residents in maintenance matters and ensure that all matters are resolved promptly.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ year of leasing or strong administrative assistant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
