Our company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the leasing/management industry, precise accounting skills, an understanding of real estate management and a strong work ethic. The Leasing Consultant/administrative assistant is responsible for handling new and renewal lease transactions as well as rent collection and posting.

Responsibilities:

• Precise and accurate accounting skills
• Communicate with tenants.
• Maintain professional relationships with tenants.
• Collect/post rents
• File evictions
• Assisting Property Manager in all aspects of daily property management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
