Excelsior Communities is a Fast growing Property Management Company with a great work environment. We currently have a Leasing Consultant position available, and are looking for a Professional, highly motivated candidate to join our team! Competitive pay and bonuses with opportunities for growth! Daily duties include: * Responding to leads * Scheduling tours of the property * Accepting and processing applications * Generating resident leases * Addressing current resident concerns * Submitting work orders to maintenance * Assist the property manager with all daily operations Experience: * Leasing or Sales experience preferred. * Great customer service skills required. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
