Forest Properties Management, Inc seeks an experienced Part-Time Leasing Consultant for our Lucerne property located in Orlando, FL. As the first point of contact, The Leasing Consultant provides high-quality customer service by fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues, vendors, contractors, potential and existing residents, communities, and associated agencies.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

  • Customer-facing and responsive to in-person inquiries and phone calls.
  • Responsible for all phases of the leasing cycle: post apartment vacancies; process new applications & communicate application status; enter payments; lease renewals; and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
  • Adheres to and communicates policies, rules, and regulations to residents.
  • Regularly walk the property to provide tours, inspections, and report service repairs.
  • Maintain resident files, property promotional materials, and provide other administrative support to the Property Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work on-site 3 days a week.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service a plus.
  • A proactive problem solver who is organized, detail oriented, and communicates with poise and tact.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
  • Flexible and able to work Saturdays or OT as needed.
  • Able to work autonomously in a high volume, high stress environment.
