Park Butterfield Apartments, located in Mundelein, IL, is in search of a Leasing Manager who will enhance the value of our asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors, employees and owner. This 500+ unit apartment community needs a Leasing Manager who will be responsible for managing the leasing team and leasing operations which includes marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in leasing and multi-family property management
• Committed to exceling with a growing and thriving Property Management Company
• Positive attitude with excellent people, phone, and sales skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
• Exceptional customer service abilities, and must communicate clearly with proficiency in English
• Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including all Fair Housing Laws
• Work both individually and on a team to achieve owner goals
• Availability to work Saturdays

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Manage day to day leasing operations and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for the property including leasing, move-ins and renewals
• Ensure achievement of the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by assisting with marketing, advertising, sales and generating & overseeing on-site traffic
• Collaborate with our marketing department to generate leads for the community
• Conduct regular inspections of models and vacant apartments to ensure standards are met
• Tour prospects, process applications and all applicable leasing duties
• Respond quickly and courteously to residents and take prompt action to solve problems
• Timely and accurate submission of required reports and all other required operational items
• Assist with training and management of leasing consultants on company processes and policies to ensure current practices are adhered to.
• Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
• Assist in the performance evaluations for leasing consultants
• Attend training classes and complete training courses as assigned
• Provide an exceptional living experience to all residents and ensure satisfaction of new residents
• Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required
