Job Highlights
The Legal Assistant supports all levels of Counsel and Paralegals; The Legal Assistant interacts with all levels of the business lines, including executives.
What You'll Do

  • General administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, copying, typing, data entry, correspondence and expense reports.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, lunches and travel arrangements for department.
  • Respond to consumer complaints and subpoenas.
  • Processes contract and work requests from main business contacts.
  • Support our various companies in special assignments as needed

What Sets You Apart

  • At least 1-year experience in a professional office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including internal and external correspondence.
  • Organized and conscientious.
  • Professional demeanor, especially with the handling of confidential or sensitive information.
  • Able to handle substantial workload and change in priorities with short notice.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • At least 1-year of post high school education.
  • Preferred: Experience with using SharePoint, Vizio, contract management software, Adobe, License HQ and Concur. Technical/legal writing.
