Job Description :
What we expect from you
- Counseling our business teams on questions as they arise with a keen eye toward risk mitigation in a productive and actionable way
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of sophisticated agreements on both the buy-side and sell-side, including client services and supplier agreements, software licenses, general commercial agreements and a variety of supplier and client-related contracts
- Partnering with other departments including HR, Finance, IT in support of the business
- Comfortable with change – both internally and externally we work with some of the brightest in the business and they are perpetually challenging the status quo
- Ability to physically report into our NY, NY office

- Ability to handle multiple unrelated matters and to prioritize on a rolling basis
Background/experience and skills
- 6-9 years of experience negotiating complex agreements and counseling business teams/clients
- Combination of law firm and in-house experience a plus
- Agency experience or experience with marketing/advertising, particularly in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is a plus
- Data privacy and technology experience is a plus
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in New York (or ability to register as in- house counsel)
