We serve a diverse adolescent and adult population through quality and engaging individual and group treatment. Our clinicians specialize in working with clients who present with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family discord, and identity concerns. Position Description: We are specifically designed for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. We focus on treating the whole person to help these individuals learn and develop healthy coping skills and resiliency. Relational Excellence, LLC is looking for an in person licensed clinician to provide individual session, run therapeutic groups, experiential activities, and provide family therapy for the clients enrolled in the program.

Job Duties:

• Positively engage with clients
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Complete comprehensive initial assessments
• Create and maintain objectives and goals for treatment
• Work collaboratively with other mental health clinicians in the agency
• Engage in staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain accurate and up to date clinical documentation in the EMR
• Compliance with all administrative and clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Have completed a minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Hold a valid Maryland professional license: LCPC/LGPC/LCMFT (Required)
  
• Valid driver's license
• Satisfactorily complete a criminal background check
