Responsibilities

  • Learn about the company's processes and procedures, as well as how to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Have excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, you can effectively nurture these leads and convert them into appointments.
  • Ability to be persistent, patient, and professional, so you can effectively convert sales opportunities into appointments.
  • Responsible for qualifying leads and conveying their motivation and financial aspects to the real estate sales agents.
  • Responsible for keeping the database up-to-date, ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant.
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and practice with scripts.
  • Be able to become a local expert and knowledgeable about communities, schools, amenities, and other important factors that may impact a buyer's decision to purchase a property.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions and trainings, you will receive valuable feedback, learn new strategies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • By using the PLACE Technology, you will keep track of your progress, monitor your results, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

To excel as an Inside Sales Agent, it's important to be an excellent communicator and be able to build rapport with potential clients. This requires good listening skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively. Have a passion for selling and be able to convert potential clients into actual sales. This requires persistence, patience, and a strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods is critical requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A real estate license is required
