As we work to build our team - Elderwood at Burlington is seeking high quality, compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to be on the front lines, making the difference in the lives of our residents.
Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) provide personal and nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in our skilled nursing facility. They are under the direction of a licensed nurse. State specific licensing is required.

LNA Rate Range : $19.60 - $29.68 / hour (Earn more with experience)
LNA Bonus:
$6,000 (Full Time) , $3,000 (Part time)

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Position Overview:

Days: 6a-2p- Evenings: 2p-10p
- Nights: 10p-6a

Responsibilities:
LNA Responsibilities:
- Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed
- Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
- Conducts LNA job responsibilities in accordance
- Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident’s plans of care and documents restorative services provided
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Base wages increase with experience!
From: USD $19.60/Hr. Up to: USD $29.68/Hr. Qualifications:
LNA Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid certification as a Licensed nursing Assistant LNA in the state of employment.
- Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
- Displays responsibility by taking ownership of quality care.
