The Springs of Searcy is looking for an experienced and motivated Skilled Nursing Home Administrator that can thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment!
While managing day-to-day operations, other duties will include-
- Ability to Identify, develop and retain talent
- Ability to implement systems to maintain high resident, family & staff satisfaction
- Strategic critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sound business and financial acumen
- Integrity, passion, and intuitiveness
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Arkansas
- Minimum 1 year of successful leadership in a Long-Term Care Setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
