Suma Home Care is a Medicare Certified and ACHC Accredited Home Health Care Agency in Delaware County PA. We are currently looking for LPNs, who are interested in home care nursing. Interested individuals can expect an immediate caseload. We have Homecare work for dedicated and skilled nurses.
- Pennsylvania state license to practice as an (LPN)
- One or more years in the home health care setting experience preferred.
- Provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Experience with elderly and Pediatrics patients with Trach/Vent & GJ Tube, (Training will be provided)
- Is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation
- Assists with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the client care plan
- Observes, record, and report to the appropriate person patient symptoms, reactions, and changes.
- The ability to demonstrate self-confidence and a positive attitude toward self and others.
- Treats clients with kindness, dignity professionalism, and respect
