Atlanta Veterinary Dental Services is seeking a full time licensed veterinary technician to join our practice! We are a two doctor, busy, state-of-the-art veterinary dentistry and oral surgery practice just outside of Atlanta. The hospital is opened Monday-Friday. Job benefits include competitve salary, PTO, scrub allowance, CE allowance, health insurance stipend, and PTO. Dental Xray experience a bonus but will train on ALL things dentistry. Flexible 4-day work week, meaning a 3 day weekend! Job responsibilities include assisting doctors during surgical procedures, inducing anesthesia, placing IV catheters, running bloodwork on in-house Idexx machines, setting up and cleaning up procedure areas, instrument maintance, and client education. Cross-training as a customer service representative with client communication, records acquisition, making appointments, and client invoicing may occur but would consist of no more than 25% of the time. Good communication skills are a must. Impromed software experience preferred. Pay based on experience.
