Job Description
As an LVN, you will be providing direct nursing care to the patients and in all aspects of nursing activities and overall care collaboration, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and Company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. You will collaborate with your team and assist in supporting timely care and interventions with consistent scheduled visits for our patients. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our LVNs will model a positive and professional image that represents the Company missions and values.
Required (Must have):
- LVN license with a successful completion of Ca LVN program/licensure.
- Current CPR card
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time
- Compassion toward patients and their families
Preferred:
- Previous LVN experience or direct care to multiple patients
- Experience providing Home Health care
- Experience with Relias, Kantime, and Kronos
