We specialize in landscape, patio, holiday, event, and permanent exterior lighting for both residential homes and commercial establishments. About the Role:

We are looking for someone who is ready brighten neighborhoods by installing beautiful lights to the exteriors of homes and businesses. The Lighting Technician will be the execution arm of the business – responsible for taking a vision and making it a reality. The ideal candidate will have the passion, drive, and customer-focused mentality to manage all lighting installations while providing exceptional customer service. Success in this role could grow into a leadership role managing others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of landscape, outdoor and holiday lights
- Manage inventory, install schedules, work orders and payments
- Execute on project plans while looking for ways to improve and upsell
- Manage vehicles and trailers, and respective maintenance
- Effectively communicate with customers and owners
- Manage customer service challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Represent company within the local community, including participation in promotional activities
Compensation:
Expected base compensation for the Lighting Technician is $40,000 - $55,000, based on experience. This is full-time position and health insurance and paid vacation are available.
Work Environment:
- This job will primarily be on-site at customer homes and businesses. It will require travel (vans and trailers provided) to and from a warehouse for inventory. This role will also require frequent trips up and down ladders of all heights as well as being up on a roof for longer periods of time. Main locations will be Southwest Denver, Littleton, and Lakewood.
Position Type:
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days will be dependent on the season and sales volume. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required at customer locations. Vacation and other benefits will be provided.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to drive
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to get up and down a ladder (heights should not be an issue)
- Ability to get on and off a roof (heights should not be an issue)
Relevant Experience:
- Holiday Lighting and/or Landscaping experience
- Proven track record of superior customer experience
- Interest in working outdoors during all seasons
