Job Description
Job Title: Pool Line Cook
Job Grade: Part time/seasonal Position

Supervised by: Executive Chef

The Country Club of Scranton is currently seeking multiple highly motivated culinarians with a passion for cooking who can work in a team oriented, fast paced, guest centric environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education/Training: Recognized degree in culinary arts and/or 1 year experience cooking experience.
• Valid PA driver’s license.

General responsibilities:

• Average knife skills
• Ability to follow and troubleshoot recipes and menu items with little to no difficulty
• Ability to handle prep work and work with little or no difficulty
• Ability to work with supportive attitude, skill, speed, and cleanliness
• Ability to exhibit proper food handling procedures in accordance with state, local, and club regulations
• Maintain high sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Open availability

• 10-19
• 20-29

Employment Length:

• 1 - 3 months
• 4 - 6 months
