Develder Restaurant Group in Lakeville NY is seeking the employment of cooks for a new restaurant concept. Lakeville is located on the north end of Conesus Lake in Livingston County NY, 30 minutes from Henrietta NY. We are seeking the employment of both inexperienced and experienced, professional, hardworking and motivated line cooks to join our culinary team. We are looking for long term employees who have experience with high volume cooking, fresh ingredients, knife skills, and an overall appreciation for quality food.

Applicants must also possess the following attributes:

• Communication skills- You are able to discuss your issues and communicate with the kitchen on timing, cleaning, prep. You are also willing to listen to and accept the constructive criticism.*
• Team player- You are always willing and able to lend a hand where needed. You understand that the professional kitchen runs best when everyone works together.*
• Transportation- You and your mode of transportation must be reliable, and you must have a clean license.*
• Flexible hours (30-40 hours per week)- We are flexible and can offer 3 day or 4 day full time work week ,employee skill level dependent.*
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment- cooking is a skill and a passion, if you tend to get disgruntled from the pressure of the kitchen please don't apply. A qualified candidate must understand the restaurant culture, have integrity, and be able to multitask and enjoy the thrill of cooking!*
• Be coach-able/trainable - Must always willing to learn and grow.*
• Be Organized- Must have the ability to to stay organized and clean in your work area at all times.*
• Drug free - Our kitchens are drug and alcohol free .*
• A preferred minimum experience of 3 months in a commercial kitchen, and be trainable *

Pay is commensurate with experience - we are open to every skill level. We are looking for those brand new to the hospitality industry that we can train as well as seasoned cooks, and will pay accordingly.
