Carrabba's of Palm Coast is currently interviewing experienced LINE COOKS with Grill or Saute Experience to join our Culinary Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience in a casual dining restaurant. Entry level opportunities may be available on our Fry/Salad/Pantry line. Training provided. Our openings are primarily for nights and weekends. Carrabba's is open Sunday-Thursday from 11:00am-9pm and Friday-Saturday from 11:00am-10:00pm. Closing Line Cooks are usually finished within an hour of closing. Carrabba's features an exhibition kitchen...so our guests are able to see you at your best! We're looking for team players...STRONG LINE COOKS who UNDERSTAND that the Line is a unit that must work together to sell great looking, piping hot food in a timely manner. We need candidates who understand that recipes and specs are in place for consistency, to control costs, and deliver on our promises of Authentic Italian Food from the Carrabba's Family that has been passed down from generation to generation!
