Job description

You could be part of a team of refreshingly fun people, who are enjoying making the best New York style pizza and fantastic authentic Italian dishes. We are looking for someone who has experience on the sauté line and preferably some pizza experience as well.

Line cook:
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of menu items. Cook menu items according to instructions, recipes and customer's orders for dine-in, take-out and delivery. Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
Self-motivated and teamplayer who can jump in where needed.

• Set up working station with sufficient product & utensils.
• Ability to effectively cook and present all menu items in a timely manner.
• Check quality of dishes before they are served to guests.
• Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment.

Pizza cook:
Prepare menu items according to instructions, recipes and customer's orders considering special requests. Manage dough - prepare, proof, hand stretch and store. Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas. Self-motivated and teamplayer who can jump in where needed.

• Check quality of pizzas before they are served to guests.
• Perform regular maintenance on kitchen equipment.
• Performs additional tasks & projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills, is capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers. Restaurant experience, including full service, fast food and/or convenience required.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
