Live Event Bartender - BLINK Cincinnati

We are a Craft Cocktail Company that focuses on creating FUN and MEMORABLE experiences. Our Event Bartenders provide excellent guest experience while serving premium, curated craft cocktails. Whether it is a networking event, a company happy hour, or a music festival, our Industry professionals serve fresh ingredients and to help you bring the events to the next level and truly make it a memory.

We are looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic bartenders to provide excellent service for our Live Events. If you can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ expectations then you are in the right place. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

This is a CONTRACT position. You will be a part of our team and contacted for future events as they are scheduled. This is a great way to make supplemental income while having fun. We also have Brand Ambassador and Driving positions available to offer more hours if interested. We are ALWAYS looking for qualified bartenders!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• MUST HAVE ALCOHOL HANDLERS CERTIFICATION

• Prepare craft cocktails for guests

• Interact with customers and answer questions about cocktails

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Cleaning up glassware after event

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a bartender

• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Attire:

• All black, black shoes, must be dressed neat and professional (could change based on event)

• No ball caps, please come groomed accordingly.

Dates:

• This will be for a festival event for four days: October 13 -16.
• These will be 12 hour days.
