VetBloom is looking for a remote Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to deliver exceptional technology service and support to our internal team and clients.

About Us: VetBloom is rapidly growing company centered around a SaaS based learning ecosystem for the veterinary industry, delivering individual courses, certificate programs, and complex curricula to learners across the world. We are a relationship-based organization that focuses on deep, meaningful partnerships and this position will play a key role in supporting and managing the learning technology that represents the foundation of our learning community.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other VetBloom team members and clients by email, phone, and video communication to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administrator functions on a regular basis
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support of LMS and network issues
• Set up eLearning courses in the learning environment, perform quality assurance testing on the courses, and report on the results
• Assist with LMS migration and implementation projects
• Assist with system changes, upgrades, and customization projects
• Run reports and organize and present data with minimum supervision
• Create and deliver instructional support for software and platforms
• Research and resolve LMS functionality and technical issues
• Analyze user issues and identify solutions
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate team members
• Assist and support the Director of Learning Technology as needed

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma and 2-3+ years’ experience working in a professional environment as a Super Administrator
• Experience working within a Moodle/Totara environment is preferred
• Effective communication skills to provide clear and thorough instructions for other LMS team members and to be able to follow provided instructions
• Proficiency with eLearning content development and deployment
• Ability to manage time, determine priorities, and efficiently respond to tickets
• Possesses a passion for becoming proficient with new software and learning technologies
• Possesses a growth mind-set with the goal of finding innovative and creative solutions to existing challenges
• The ability to work in a distributed, virtual work environment while maintaining strong relationships and excellent communication
