RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Merchandise Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Merchandise Management Team in ensuring all artist merchandise payments get processed in a timely manner. They will work closely with the merchandise team as well as with Live Nation Finance to process artist payments, set up new vendors, as well as follow up with artist account reps should they have questions about payment status.

Once trained in the use of Oracle the Merchandise Accounts Payable Assistant will work with the AP team to on establishing new vendors, and field email questions on payment status. They will also be responsible for working with Live Nation Finance and tracking payments from settlement process through actual payments being made.

Responsibilities:

• Daily review of all Venue Nation merchandise settlements
• Set up new vendors in atVenu
• Communicating payment status with vendors
• Prepare paperwork, secure proper W-9 documentation and set up new vendors in A/P
• Resolve open credit items with vendors
• Provide audit support as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skill Sets/Characteristics Required:

• •Business acumen
• •Accounts payable knowledge
• •Understanding of live entertainment retail model and execution
• •Work well within high-paced environment

Qualifications:

• •Working knowledge of local and regional markets, concerts operations, or related experiences
• •Hands-on expertise using technology and industry standard software applications - spreadsheets, databases, word processing.
• •Microsoft Excel and Oracle experience preferred
• •Knowledge of atVenu POS System and atVenu Reporting
• •High school diploma required

Work Environment:

The work environment consists of an office, along with the facility building structures and grounds. The Facility work week can be a seven-day week with Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays given off, as the work and concert schedule permits.
