Del Monte is looking for a Logistics Assistant, based in Monaco for a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Manager Toll Packing, the successful candidate will be responsible for :
- To follow up all other shipping/documents related issues with the above plants
- To respond to queries/ and liaise with all the Del Monte European & MENA Offices, on all issues related to NOS/Invoicing/Documents treatment / Bank collections amendments/ related to the above plants
- To prepare and maintain all shipment files in proper manner in order the Sales Administrators to have access to documents related to their shipment and for audit purposes.
- To gather supporting documentation / create / follow / close claim file on time
- Invoicing customers from basis of Notification received from Tollpackers
- Receiving, checking, filling, & dispatching shipping documents to various customers/DM units
- Receiving checking and sending invoices on Docuware software or from Aruba Italian platform
- Receiving , checking the shipping line extra costs invoices , to be sent to Tollpacking Manager to approve or not , and to send to sales unit to re-invoice the final customer
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
English- Experience and Knowledge of Import /Export documentation & International trade techniques (Incoterms, export paperwork etc)
- Good knowledge in Office pack (Excel especially)
- Very well organized
Preferred but not essential :
Any other language is a bonus- Experience in Maritime shipping
