Job Summary:

The Contractor Logistics Support Program provides support to the Logistics Cross Product Team in managing all aspects of logistics supporting Contractor Logistics Support.

As a Logistics Coordinator for Contractor Logistics Support, you’ll interface with the Integrated Operations Product Team Lead and the Program Manager to provide Depot and Operations support and establish overall depot goals and priorities.

This role is posted as HYBRID. Commuting costs to and from the Andover, MA facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically Requires: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience. In absence of a Bachelor’s Degree, 6 years of relevant experience are required.

Employment Experience:

  • Experience in logistics supply chain, depot or manufacturing in a military or civilian environment.
  • Experience in a logistics function or with Depot operations
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Experience with US Army support Program personnel, or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)
  • Knowledge of Automated Logistic Control System (ALCS) or similar database
  • Experience with PRISM database
  • Experience with WorkFlow (WAWF)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative fashion with diverse teams
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with subordinates, peers, and leaders at all levels of management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • High-energy, enthusiastic, and dependable individual who excels in challenging and competitive environments
  • Use Microsoft Office products to write comprehensive plans and reports, build complex Excel work sheets to track data, activities, and schedules, and produce Power Point presentations required to brief Army Commanders and staff at all levels
  • Experience with the Army Logistics and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) programs. Experience in building and leading high-performing and diverse teams
