Growing and dynamic company in the Beauty industry is looking to hire MULTIPLE Logistics Manager's from the freight forwarding industry to support multiple locations.

**Experience from Freight Forwarding and Logistics is REQUIRED**

• 100% onsite role
• No Travel
• No vaccination policy in place
• 6 month contract role, possibly longer
• Software used: Microsoft Suite and Net Suite
• Schedule 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• 5+years of Manager experience from a freight forwardin gor import/export operational experience with a shipper, carrier, importer, broker or 3PL
• Ocean, Air, Import and or Export Experience
• Logistics Management or experience in a related field
• Heavy International background
• Experience in domestic transportation/tendering loads
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Incoterms 2020
• Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point, Google Documents)

Job Responsibilities:

• Role is managing the shipping processes in place
• Oversee all shipping transactions across all locations (local, domestic & international)
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, and frequency
• Oversee order management function so that orders are shipped on-time and fulfilled within the customers guidelines.
• Experience in ERP systems, EDI processing, order management, customer service, distribution, , transportation, 3PL -management and international logistics/exports.
• Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarder and customs broker to ensure the timely submission of import and export documents
• Track and analyze mis-shipments and prepare chargeback reporting for accounting department
• Perform daily audits and adhere to record keeping requirements for all international transactions
• Maintain knowledge of US and foreign regulations regarding international shipment and ensure compliance with all import/export documentation and regulatory requirements
• Track and manage DC transfers and receiving
• Maintain familiarity with compliance manuals and EDI requirements for all major stores
• Maintain the Logistics/Vendor Requirements documents Update quarterly
• Manage and maintain shipment trackers and communicate weekly shipping status to sales and order management teams
