A renowned Healthcare and Rehabilitation facility committed to providing excellent and innovative patient care services is currently seeking Nurses for their Queens Location. LPNs and RNs with Skilled Nursing experience encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report about the quality of life and care issues of residents/clients
• Participate in the assessment of residents/clients
• Participate in the management of the Environmental of Care as it relates to the safety of residents/clients and staff
• Participate in the surveillance, prevention, and control of infection
• Adhere to and ensure compliance of staff with infection control policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date charting and other documentation as required
• Monitor a patient's vital signs and symptoms
• Deliver medication and implement other treatments

Requirements:

• One year of clinical experience, in a SNF/long term care preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurses
• Associates/Bachelors in Nursing
• LPN Diploma/Healthcare Accredited Certification Program

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
