Red Pines Boca is hiring Dumpling & Experienced Prep Cooks:
Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Able to follow recipes with accuracy and precision
• Communication and Problem Solving
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Cleanliness, Organized and Repetition
• Work well under pressure
• Able to stand for long periods of time, and able to lift 30-50lbs.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with preping in high volume restaurant.
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PREP EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

*

The Dumpling Maker handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into each dumpling from making the dough to the filling and organizing and rotating the stock.

*

This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques

*

Prep duties such as washing and chopping vegetables or cutting meat

*

Label and stock ingredients on shelves

*

Measure ingredients and seasonings

*

Basic kitchen duties like reducing sauces or parboiling

*

Prep simple sauces, startch, protein and portioning

*

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

*

Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
