The hiring process:

1. You read this ad

4. We call you for a brief phone interview.

5. We schedule you for a working interview to see if we are a good fit for each other. (Yep, we pay for this!)

6. If you decide that yes, we are indeed an awesome company and we decide yes, you are indeed an awesome person to add to our growing company then we add you to our schedule to start working with one of our seasoned company members.

7. Once you are ready, you fly solo and enjoy your wonderful opportunity with our company.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
