Inficare offers the following benefits below:

• Health Insurance. InfiCare pays 50% of employee only premium, employee pays the rest. Employee pays full premium for any other family member enrolled. This is medical & Prescription drug insurance only, through Aetna
• 401(k) Plan. Company matches 100% of first 3 % contributed by the employee. Employees Can join 1st of the month after completing three months of service

Job Summary:

• Medication passing for residents
• Performing basic care tasks for residents including, but not limited to:
• Dressing assistance
• Assistance with bathing
• Assistance with cleaning
• Assistance to/from dining room
• Observes and reports changes in physical, mental, social, and spiritual health

Requirements:

• Less than a year of LPN Assisted living experience.
• BLS from AHA required
• An active LPN license in the state of Iowa
