ACI Federal Inc. is in immediate need of LPNs for a psychiatric hospital in Williamsburg, VA.

Hospital | Long Term Care Facility | Group Home Experience Required!

Healthcare | Mental Health | Behavioral Health Experience Preferred!

$22 per hour

Hiring for NOC shifts only 7pm-7:30am any day of the week, some Weekends/Holidays required once training is complete.

Requirements

• 1 year of nursing experience in a Hospital, Long Term Care Facility or Group Home Required!
• Experience providing forensic direct care preferred.
• Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.
• Skill in implementing behavior modification techniques in a Psychiatric Hospital.
• Ability to work in an environment and with individuals with impulsive behaviors, as well as verbal/physical aggression.
• Ability to actively participate in process improvement projects and patient data collection.
• Ability to have a high degree of attention to detail with regard to data collection and documentation.
• An ability to perform effectively as a member of a nursing team.
• Ability to function with minimum supervision, recognizing the need for direction and assistance in situations beyond his/her scope of capabilities.
• Must be able to complete 3 weeks of training on 1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm Mon-Friday.
