LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse

If you’re a Limited Practical Nurse (LPN) and are looking for the opportunity to take care of patients in their home, Home Nursing With Heart has a great opportunity for you!
Nurses will work in the clients’ home to provide direct client care as directed by the client’s physician in conjunction with your nurse case manager, and specified in the plan of care for each individual. We’re seeking not only a caring professional, but someone also looking for a good culture fit. You’ll work with an exceptional team of nurses and therapists, as well as in-house support staff. Our nurses and therapists collaborate daily allowing for continuing growth and success.

Requirements:
- Valid Nebraska and/or Iowa LPN license
- Current CPR Certification
- 2-3+ years of nursing experience
- Valid Drivers License
