Responsibilities

We are looking for friendly Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who will be providing direct care to patients to our adult and geriatric residents. You would be assisting residents with routine daily nursing care, while working closely with the caregivers. Responsibilities include passing medication, identifying changes of condition, and communicating with doctors and families.
